Return Process

  Log into your Pejayz account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Safely pack the electronic device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
